OCYM demands resignation of Geevarghese Mar Coorilos from KCC

Kottayam: The Orthodox Christian Youth Movement (OCYM) demanded resignation of Kerala Council of Churches President Geevarghese Mar Coorilos, as he is supporting and involving in actions that would hamper the unity of the Christian community in Kerala.

The central committee of OCYM strongly protested Mar Coorilos’s actions, which challenge the country’s highest judiciary and call upon protests to sabotage court verdicts.OCYM President H.G. Dr. Yuhanon Mor Chrysostomos Metropolitan, Vice President Fr.Philip Tharakan, General Secretary Fr. Aji.K Thomas, Treasurer Joji P.Thomas and Central Editorial Board member Aby Abraham Koshy addressed the committee.
